This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Civida to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to provide Owner's Representative and Technical Advisor (ORTA) services for the Griesbach Townhouse Development, comprising approximately 102 row housing units, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) and Deliverables and Schedule of Services (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The successful Proponent will act as Civida's ORTA, providing strategic, technical, and project delivery advisory services throughout the initial planning and design phase (Phase 1) of the Progressive Design-Build delivery of the Griesbach Townhouse Development. The successful Proponent will be expected to commence work immediately upon award in November 2026 and support the planning and design process through to January 2027.
