Welcome to the Civida Bid Opportunities Website

Civida uses bids&tenders to source goods, services and construction. This platform makes it easy for vendors to review, register, download opportunities, and submit bids online.

This site allows potential bidders to create a bidding system vendor account. When creating an account, bidders can select commodity codes for goods, services, and construction and the bidding system will notify the vendor by email of bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their vendor account information is accurate and kept current.

General Information:

• Public tenders, requests for proposals, quotations, prequalification and other bid opportunities are posted on this website. 
• Bid opportunities can be previewed prior to registering by clicking the download button.
• Bidders must be a registered Plan Taker to submit a bid.
• All bid submissions must be received in the format requested in the bid document.
• Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring all addenda are reviewed and addressed in their bid.
• Bidders shall allow sufficient time to upload their bid submission and account for internet delays.
• Official submission timestamp is based on when the submission is received and not when it is sent.

Bonds:

• Digital bonds are preferred
• PDF copy of bonds is permitted

If you have questions about a specific bid opportunity, submit your inquiry by clicking “Submit a Question” button associated with the bid opportunity.
