Civida is seeking proposals from qualified geotechnical engineers for site analysis and materials testing services for the redevelopment of Belmont and Caernarvon surplus school sites as further described in this RFP.

The scope of services will include: 

1. Geotechnical Evaluation and Report for each project site
2. Materials Testing for each project site
3. Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for each project site

The successful proponent will be required to coordinate and collaborate with the Prime Consultant and General Contractor as needed. 

The successful proponent will be required to provide the deliverables for each site in accordance with the following timelines:

1. Geotechnical Report – The final reports (one per site) will be required no later than November 14, 2025.
2. Phase 1 ESA - The final Phase 1 ESA (one per site) will be required no later than November 14, 2025.
3. Materials Testing – Services to be provided in alignment with the Geotechnical Report and as required by the construction schedule. Construction commencement is targeted for March 2026 and is anticipated to be 23 months in duration.
