Civida is seeking a qualified supplier for generator maintenance and repair services as further described in this RFQ. 

The successful supplier will be required to provide materials, labour, equipment, services, and incidentals for preventative maintenance and on-demand servicing of powered generators at the following five (5) Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton, Alberta:

  1. Ashton Apartments – 9335 105 Avenue 
  2. Renfrew Arms – 10324 98 Avenue
  3. Londonderry – 14544 72 Street 
  4. Sir Douglas Bader Towers – 11110 86 Avenue
  5. Lendrum Place – 11442 60 Avenue
