Civida requires recruitment services to provide qualified candidates for a variety of temporary, permanent and executive roles across various business disciplines. 

The term of this RPQ will be for a period of five (5) years with an approximate commencement date of June 29, 2026. Civida will consider new applications and refresh the Pre-qualified Supplier Roster on an annual basis.

The primary objective of this RPQ and the subsequent Roster Competitions is to minimize recruitment time and it is paramount that Civida partners with suppliers that have established personnel capable of meeting tight timelines. The recruitment services will be administered by Civida’s People and Culture department. 

  1. Categories 

Respondents shall select one or more Categories they are bidding for eligibility of pre-qualification.

The Category definitions are as follows:

  1. Temporary Recruitment – Non-employee contract staffing placement for defined roles with established job descriptions and required skills. Services may include active candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and preliminary interviews.
  2. Permanent Full-Time Recruitment– Full-time permanent employee search services that may include active recruitment, pre-screening, and preliminary interviews. 
  3. Executive Recruitment - Specialized recruitment services for senior leadership and executive-level permanent roles. May include targeted search strategies, active sourcing, pre-screening, and preliminary interviews.

    2.     Business Disciplines

Recruitment services may include, but not be restricted to, the following business disciplines:  

  1. Executive
  2. Information Technology
  3. Finance/Supply Chain
  4. Operations/Specialty Fields. (maintenance technicians, trades, building operators, project management, property management roles, custodial roles, and tenant/community services roles)
  5. Human Resources
  6. Communications/Marketing
  7. Policy/Strategic Planning
  8. General Administration
