This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Architectural Prime Consultant services including subconsultants for the redevelopment of Belmont and Caernarvon under the City of Edmonton’s Surplus School Sites Program as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Both projects are being undertaken through the following partnerships:
These projects will be managed by Synergy Projects Ltd. and delivered through a collaborative construction management approach. The intent is to select one proponent from this RFP process to work with the partners and projects concurrently. The successful proponent must comply with the Surplus School Sites program including the milestones (i.e., building permit approval by 2026). |
